At Aroona Solutions Group we are proud and committed to our Code of Conduct. Our code details very specifically the expectations of our people and those we do business with.
Integrity is one of our values and is a crucial component of our business. We are committed to ethical business practices and to obeying both the spirit and the letter of the law in every country in which we do business. We strictly prohibit bribery, facilitation payments and any improper payments in business dealings.
Under a variety of applicable anti-bribery laws, bribery is a criminal offence punishable by imprisonment and/or fines. This is applicable to both our company and any person involved in bribery.
We take our legal responsibilities to prevent bribery very seriously and expect you to do the same. The fact that bribery may be a customary business practice in a given country is not a justification for violation of this policy.
Health, Safety, Security & Environment
Aroona Solutions has developed a strong HSSE policy and culture that upholds the values of our company. We deem the health, safety and security of our personnel, the people around us, assets under our control and the environment to be our highest priorities.
HSSE is a fundamental component of Aroona Solutions' long-term business strategy. We consider HSSE implications in the full spectrum of our activities with the intent to protect our entire team and business partners.
Our HSSE policy addresses the principles and management practices enabling Aroona Solutions to be a leader in all aspects of HSSE and describes our approach to minimizing HSSE risks and impacts.
